چکیده
Electrospinning with consequent thermal treatment consists in a carbon fiber production method that spins polymer solution to create fibers diameters around few hundred nanometers. The treatments are used for the cyclization and then carbonization of material at 1700 °C one hour. unique structure micro- nano-carbon makes them promising various applications ranging from future battery designs filtration. This work investigated possibility using milled gasification biochar, derived 20 kW fixed-bed gasifier fueled vine pruning pellets, as an addictive preparation electrospinning solutions. study outlined solvent cleaning wet-milling 32 µm sifting fundamental passages biochar preparation. Four different polyacrylonitrile-biochar shares were tested pure 50–50% resulting analyzed via scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray infrared spectroscopy. Results morphological analysis showed grains dispersed themselves well among mat all proposed shares. All solutions, once carbonized, exceeded 97%wt. content. At higher temperatures, inorganic compounds naturally showing such potassium calcium disappeared, almost carbon-pure matrix between.

متن کاملNanostructured Electrospun Hybrid Graphene/Polyacrylonitrile Yarns
Novel nanostructured hybrid electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) yarns with different graphene ratios were prepared using liquid crystal graphene oxide (LCGO) and PAN. It was found that the well-dispersed LCGO were oriented along the fiber axis in an electrified thin liquid jet during electrospinning. The graphene oxide sheets were well dispersed in the polar organic solvent, forming nematic liq...
متن کاملPreparation and investigation of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile as a preliminary biomedical hydrogel
BACKGROUND Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile (HPAN) has attracted much attention as a hydrogel for a broad range of biomedical applications. Therefore, in this study, we prepared HPAN derivatives with controllable compositions by the radical polymerization of acrylonitrile (AN), methacrylic acid (MAA) and N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) monomers. RESULTS The prepared poly(AN-co-MAA-co-NIPAM) copolym...

Nowadays Microbial biotechnology is considered as one of the most important and profitable branches of industry. In this approach, by using the generator microorganisms, We are able to produce biotechnological products, with higher efficiency. Clavulanic acid is being used in combination with commonly used beta-lactam antibiotics in order to fight against bacterial infections that are resistant...
متن کاملOptical fiber ultrasound transmitter with electrospun carbon nanotube-polymer composite
All-optical ultrasound transducers are promising for imaging applications in minimally invasive surgery. In these devices, ultrasound is transmitted and received through laser modulation, and they can be readily miniaturized using optical fibers for light delivery. Here, we report optical ultrasound transmitters fabricated by electrospinning an absorbing polymer composite directly onto the end-...
